All cables, harnesses, and electrical assemblies are 100% electrically tested.   Primarily through the use of Cirris test equipment, we set up test fixtures that identify opens, shorts, reverses, diode direction, resistors, and twisted pair configuration.  Ongoing testing during assembly reduces errors and lost time resulting in more competitive finished products.
